Lane College toppled Clark Atlanga 34-24 over the weekend. With the win the Dragons got their first win of the season to improve to 1-4. Clark Atlanta dropped their 5th straight game falling to 0-5 on the season.
Lane jumped out to an early 7-0 lead after the first quarter. A combines 30 points were scored by both teams in the 2nd quarter. Lane walked into halftime with a 20-17 lead.
The 3rd quarter saw Lane grow their lead to 34-17. CAU did manage one more touchdown to make the final score 34-17. Statistically Lanes Kyle Duhe lead all rushers with 19 carries for 117 yards and two touchdowns. Lane Quarterback Solomon Polo finshed 13-24 for 134 yards and touchdown. CAUs Jaelin Hood lead all receivers with 3 catches for 86 yards. Asmar Hasan from Lane lead all defenders with 16 total tackles.
