The Clark Atlanta Panthers jumped out to a quick 14-0 lead in the first half. Nicholas Teeter opened the scoring with a 15-yard touchdown reception, followed by a 6-yard touchdown run from Kelan Anderson.However, a weather delay lasting more than two hours completely shifted the momentum.
After the delay, Miles College backup quarterback Anthony Mix came off the bench and jump-started the Golden Bears' offense. Miles scored 27 unanswered points to secure the Southern Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (SIAC) comeback victory.
